SHIPPING

shop.envoysolutions.com processes orders for Shipment Monday - Friday, except for designated holidays in which we are closed. shop.envoysolutions.com only ships orders inside the United States.

PJP FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

shop.envoysolutions.com ships via our own trucks, and occasionally uses 3rd party LTL carriers for specific deliveries.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

PJP certifies that the shipped items are in sellable conditional and free of damage. From time to time, damages will occur during shipment, in the event of a damaged shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to contact PJP within 24 hours to file a claim for the damaged merchandise. When accepting your delivery from PJP, UPS, FED EX and LTL Carrier, please check all packages for damage, and note any damages on the Shipment Paperwork before signing. Without noting the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, PJP cannot reimburse or help rectify the solution.

BACKORDERS

PJP has a 99% fulfillment rate, however in the event a product on your order is backordered please contact your sales representative or customer service representative for assistance.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

To return a product to PJP, you must first obtain a written return authorization via PJP Customer Service. Items must return within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund to your original payment method.

SALES TAX

PJP is required to charge sales tax on orders for products and services that are placed for delivery in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, and California. If you are a business in these states (PA Tax Form, NJ Packaging Tax Form, NJ Resale Tax Form, NY Resale, NY Packaging, NY QEZE, MD Resale, CT Resale), and are exempt from paying taxes on your orders, please fill out the appropriate form and fax it to us at 215-618-0097. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

From time to time, typographical errors do occur in our product descriptions and titles. Upon finding these errors we will do our best to correct the error as soon as possible, as well as, correct any potential problem with our customers to the best of our ability.  PJP is not obligated to honor any typographical errors in product listings or pricing.
